Joanne is a take-charge realtor, and I mean that in an extremely positive way. She is professional. She somehow keeps on top of everything - all dates, follow-ups, provides recommendations, supplies names and numbers of multiple services in an effort to save you time. She isn't offended should you decide to use other services. She is with you from start to finish - helping, listening and supporting you the whole way through. My advice is ... if she suggests something strongly - LISTEN as she won't unless there is a good reason. Honest and trustworthy and down to earth - great lady

Joanne kept me well informed about the houses that became available for viewing. She would always let me make the time to meet at the homes I chose. Always had all the information on the homes. Pointed out things to look for when going thru the homes. She never said she couldn't be there or was too busy to show me a home. I'd recommend her highly to anyone searching for a home.
